Apart from the business, the owners of Molla Salt always are involved in social works for unprivileged peoples of the society aiming to ensure a better life for all. To decorate and taking forth all of their efforts, they have formed the “Molla Salt Foundation” in 2018. Now under the umbrella of the foundation there are four particular major social works project operating Under the names as
Out of these major activity, there are plenty charitable works that are done by the foundation every year like, Scholarship Program, Charity, and Local Area Developments etc.”
This Clinic was founded by Late Al Haj Khabiruddin Molla, the founder of Moll Salt, in 2001 but in 2018 it was taken under the administration of Molla Salt Foundation for more expended operation after the foundation was formed. To be more modernized and efficient now the clinic is transferred into a “Multistoried Clinic” where two skill doctors, pathologist and pharmacist providing the health services like free health checkup, free medicine, free consultancy for almost 180 to 200 under privileged peoples of Mirkadim Municipality. Apart from that, the charitable clinic also providing separate diabetic health services a day of every week among the diabetic patients under the registration process.
To ensure emergency medical support for the peoples of Mirkadim Municipality, Molla Salt Foundation Started the “Ambulance Services” in 2018 by which the unprivileged society is getting their emergency health supports at the nominal cost around the Dhaka city. Almost 22-25 emergency service seeker getting support every month.
The Madrasha started its journey in 2019 aiming to provide quality education for the unprivileged children of Mirkadim. Currently as a first start, there are 120 unprivileged children enjoying a quality education with a guidance seven skill teachers. The “Al-Haj Khabiruddin Molla Dakhil Madrasha” not only providing the full free education but also ensures everything free which are related to quality education which includes school dress, books & other school accessories.
Guchhgram was established in Mirkadim Municipality in 2012 to provide permanent home to 42 homeless families through Deed of conveyance. To ensure more better life, later they have been brought to under the umbrella of Molla salt foundation. Now they are in privileged to have all supports of Molla salt foundation from hospital to education.
