These two morals were the key of his success which still driving the companies to the forth.Philanthropist & entrepreneur “Al-haj Khabiruddin Molla” was the founder of “Molla Salt Industries” and one of the key founders of “Crown Cement Group”. He breathed his last at “11:00am, Saturday, 25th May 2019”. He was an honest & successful entrepreneur who actively involved in business for more than 5 decades. He was born in Mirkadim municipality area of Munshiganj district. Apart from a businessman, he was an active social worker who putted his signatures for the developments of the unprivileged peoples of the society. He established “Pita Mata Shorone Datobbo Chikitshaloy”, a charitable healthcare institute for the poor people’s in 2001, where peoples get free treatment & medicine from the skilled doctors. To take the social works forth, he had established “Guccho Gram”, where he had putted 40 homeless families under permanent shelter by handing over the homes for their own.Besides of those, “Al-haj Khabiruddin Molla” had helped so many Mosques, orphanages and Islamic education centers. He also started scholarships for the poor meritorious students of Mirkadim. Lastly to modernize the “Pita Mata Shorone Datobbo Chikitshaloy”, he established and transferred it to a five storied building with two modern equipped ambulances.

Mr. Molla Mohammad Majnu having a Master’s Degree in Science from Dhaka University is the Chairman of Molla Salt (Triple Refined) Industry Limited from which two branded salt has been leading the market of the nation known as “Molla Super Salt” and “Molla Salt” for long times. He is also a sponsor Director and Managing Director of M. I. Cement Factory Limited which has introduced one of the leading Cement brands of the nation named “Crown Cement”. Along with that, he is also the chairman of Crown Cement Concrete and Building Products Limited and the Managing Director of Crown Transportation and Logistics Limited & Crown Mariners Limited. He is the Director of Crown Power Generation Limited, Crown Polymer Bagging Limited and Beta One Investment Limited. He is the highest Tax Payer of Narayanganj District for the consecutive last 9 (Nine) years. Apart from the business career, he is a social worker who has founded the “Molla Salt Foundation Limited” and leading the foundation as Chairman, under which lots of social work has been done to privilege the underprivileged community of Mirkadim Municipality like- Charitable Health Care, Free Ambulance, Free School for underprivileged children

Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman Mollah is the Managing Director of Molla Salt (Triple Refined) Industry Limited, Crown Polymer Bagging Limited and Crown Power Generation Limited. He is also a Sponsor Director and Additional Managing Director of M. I. Cement Factory Limited. He is the Director of Crown Mariners Limited, Crown Cement Concrete and Building Products Limited and Crown Transportation and Logistics Limited. Together with his other family members, he has been carrying out the trading operations from their reputed organization, dealing in Cement and Other Construction Materials. He is an active partner of Molla Salt Industries and M. M. Salt Industries Limited, from which two branded salt has been leading the market of the nation named as “Molla Super Salt” and “Molla Salt” for the decades. He is also one of the members of the Board’s Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of M. I. Cement Factory Limited. He is the highest Tax Payer of Narayanganj District for the consecutive last 9 (Nine) years. Other than a businessman, he also loves to work for the underprivileged peoples of the society for which he has cofounded & leading the “Molla Salt Foundation Ltd.” as honorable secretary.
